We understand the importance of getting the right parts for your LS engine build or swap, and we strive to make the returns process straightforward and fair.
Our policy is designed to give builders confidence while protecting the integrity of high-performance automotive components.
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in brand-new, unused condition.
- Returns must be approved before shipping items back. Contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Eligibility for Returns
Eligible items include:
- Brand new LSA superchargers with ZL1 Camaro lids and reinforced isolators
- ProCharger F-1A-94 kits, D1SC superchargers, and F-body brackets
- Whipple 2.9 Superchargers for LS Camaro and Kenne Bell Mammoth 2.8L
- LS6 Intake Manifold with Fuel Rails, LS3 Rectangular Port Intakes, FAST LSXR 102 Intakes, Wilson Throttle Bodies
- Rebuild kits, spare parts, ATI Harmonic Balancers, C6 Corvette A2W Intercoolers, and most supporting accessories
Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene, safety, and performance reasons):
- Opened or installed electrical components (injectors, Boost-a-Pumps, etc.)
- Used or installed superchargers, pulleys, or boost hardware
- Custom-ordered or modified parts
- Special-order items (e.g., specific Hellcat components or ported units)
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our USA warehouse in original packaging with the RA number clearly marked.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring high-value items like complete LSA superchargers or ProCharger kits.
Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on certain high-value or oversized returns (clearly noted at time of approval).
Defective or Damaged Items: If your LSA supercharger, LS intake, or performance part arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Warranty & Quality Assurance
Many of our products, including new LSA superchargers from BTR, ProCharger systems, and Whipple superchargers, come with manufacturer warranties. We assist with warranty claims and provide expert guidance on installation and compatibility for LS swaps, Hellcat integrations, and boosted builds.
